ARTBA's research and report products are intended for use by the subscriber for their own internal research and analysis not to be shared outside of their company or organization. ARTBA makes no warranties regarding subscriber’s use of ARTBA data and products beyond their own research and analytical activities.
Any use of ARTBA’s data and reports beyond research and related work in the ordinary course of the Customer’s business by subscribers externally must be approved by ARTBA beforehand. All use of ARTBA’s data and reports must include proper credit to "American Road & Transportation Builders Association."
Subscribers may not share externally any data files downloaded as part of the subscription. Subscriber shall not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the ARTBA’s research and shall not knowingly allow any other person to do so. Any external use of ARTBA data must include an attribution to ARTBA. Purchase of ARTBA products in no way conveys ownership or any right to use any material or symbols trademarked by ARTBA.
ARTBA shall, at its own expense, defend, hold harmless and fully indemnify the client and its Affiliates and their respective employees, directors, officers, members, managers, employees and agents against any third-party claims of infringement of any intellectual property or proprietary right or any other rights whatsoever for which ARTBA is directly responsible which result directly from Client’s use of the Subscription.
The General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the District of Columbia.
